Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility
- Returns may be accepted if:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product arrived damaged during transit.
- The product contains manufacturing defects.
- The delivered item significantly differs from the confirmed order.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
Non-Returnable Products
- Returns will not be accepted for:
- Used or installed products
- Customized or specially manufactured tools
- Products damaged due to improper handling
- Products returned without original packaging
- Clearance or special offer items unless defective
Return Process
- To request a return:

- Provide the order number and purchase details.
- Share clear photographs of the product, packaging, and any visible damage.
- Wait for return authorization before shipping the product.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Inspection
- Once the returned product is received, our quality inspection team will verify the condition and eligibility of the item.

Refund Process

Replacement
Where applicable, SSCTI may provide a replacement product instead of issuing a refund if the issue relates to manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
Shipping Costs
If the return is due to an error by SSCTI or a verified manufacturing defect, return shipping charges may be borne by us.
For all other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping expenses.
